Chromebooks

Students in grades 7-12 are 1:1 with Chromebooks, which are used daily in several classes. Students in grades 3-6 use Chromebooks daily in the computer lab, and we have 2 class sets available for other times of the day.

Daily Schedule

3rd-6th Grades

  • 50 minutes of Math
  • 50 minutes of Science/Social Studies
  • 40 minutes of Language Arts/Writing in Computer Lab
  • 10 minutes of Technology/Typing Skills in Computer Lab
  • 50 minutes of Reading Instruction
  • 50 minutes of Lindamood-Bell Visualizing and Verbalizing (Improves comprehension skills, higher order thinking skills, and writing skills)
  • 15 minutes of Recess
  • 50 minutes of Music, one day a week
  • 50 minutes of Art, one day a week
  • 50 minutes of PE, two to three days a week

7th-8th Grade Class Times

  • 1st period 8:00am-9:20 am
  • Snack
  • 2nd period 9:40am-11:00 am
  • Lunch
  • 3rd period 11:50am-1:10pm
  • 4th period 1:15pm-2:35pm

High School Class Times

  • 1st period 8:30am-9:55 am
  • 2nd period 10:00am-11:25 am
  • 3rd period 11:30am-1:35pm (Lunch from 12:15-12:45)
  • 4th period 1:40pm-3:05pm
